Driving a comprehensive marketing strategy, focusing on growth in Modern Trade channels while expanding business opportunities in the B2B sector.

• Develop and execute B2B sales strategies in alignment with corporate goals and objectives.
• Manage and drive sales performance to consistently meet or exceed KPIs and sales targets.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and new business opportunities.
• Expand the customer base through New Business acquisition while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients (Retention).
• Lead and manage the sales team, including Sales Executives, Key Account Managers, and Trade Sales.
• Oversee Sales Pipeline & Forecasting to ensure accurate revenue projections.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Analyze competitor activity and provide comprehensive reports directly to the CEO.

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in B2B Sales Management.
• Proven track record in leading sales teams; direct experience managing Key Accounts or Trade Sales is highly preferred.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce CRM.
