With extensive expertise in manufacturing safety gloves for both industrial and general use, MICROTEX® integrates material science and engineering advancements to create high-strength, durable, and comfortable cut-resistant fibers.
MICROTEX® cut-resistant gloves are crafted from special HPPE (High Performance Polyethylene) fibers. These fibers are highly strong, lightweight, and provide top-notch cut protection, achieving up to level 5 (according to EN-388 standards). For enhanced durability and cut resistance, some MICROTEX® Hi-Cut models combine HPPE fibers with stainless steel or fiberglass.
Additionally, MICROTEX® Hi-Cut gloves have improved grip functionality through coatings on the palm made from synthetic materials like nitrile and PU. These coatings offer a secure grip, prevent oil penetration, and protect against sharp objects penetrating the palm.
MICROTEX® Hi-Cut gloves are tested by Central Laboratory (Thailand) Co., Ltd. and comply with EN-388 standards. Some models are also tested for use in food production and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) applications. Produced using specialized automatic knitting machines and undergoing rigorous quality checks at every production stage, MICROTEX® Hi-Cut gloves ensure excellent protection against cut injuries.
MICROTEX® Hi-Cut cut-resistant gloves are categorized into three major groups:
- Knitted with HPPE and Fiber Glass
- Knitted with HPPE and Stainless Steel
- Knitted with Blue Hi-Cut
All three groups offer models that can be chosen either with a non-coating (Plain) or with a coating on the palm made of Nitrile, PU, or PVC for enhanced grip and to prevent slipping when handling materials.
