What makes MICROTEX different?
Our Core Technologies

MICROTEX Fiber®
How this technology was created
In industries that demand absolute cleanliness such as electronics, food, and automotive painting, one of the most common issues is lint or fiber shedding from gloves contaminating the workpiece. This leads to defects and costly rework. Glovetex developed MICROTEX Fiber®, a specially engineered yarn that is ultra-fine, durable, and lint-free.
What problem it solves
MICROTEX Fiber® eliminates contamination, reduces product defects, and ensures high-quality production standards while maintaining excellent durability.
Which industries it fits best
- Electronics and semiconductors
- Automotive (painting and assembly lines)
- Food processing and packaging
Technology details
Tested by SGS laboratories, MICROTEX Fiber® ensures a lint-free performance, superior abrasion resistance, and comfortable wear, making it the ideal solution for clean and precise work.

Strong Crotch®
How this technology was created
The thumb crotch area between the thumb and index finger is the weakest point of most gloves, constantly exposed to pressure, pinching, and abrasion. Glovetex developed Strong Crotch® to reinforce this area with specialized knitting structures.
What problem it solves
It prevents tearing at the thumb crotch, extends glove lifespan, reduces replacement frequency, and ensures continuous protection.
Which industries it fits best
- Metalworking and construction
- Warehousing and logistics
- Mechanical assembly and machinery work
Technology details
Strong Crotch® integrates reinforced yarns and structures to distribute stress and resist tearing, while maintaining hand flexibility and comfort.

Drop Finger®
How this technology was created
Conventional gloves are designed with straight fingers, which forces users to grip unnaturally and creates fatigue. Glovetex introduced Drop Finger®, designed with pre-curved ergonomic shapes that follow the natural contour of the hand.
What problem it solves
It reduces hand strain, improves precision when handling small components, and increases efficiency during long shifts.
Which industries it fits best
- Electronics manufacturing
- Maintenance and repair
- Precision tool assembly
Technology details
Drop Finger® gloves feature pre-curved fingers that align with natural hand posture, improving dexterity and long-term comfort.

Turn Gloves®
How this technology was created
Traditional glove knitting often leaves ridges or grooves, which can snag on sharp objects like knife tips, leading to accidents. Glovetex developed Turn Gloves® using a reversed knitting method that creates a flat, ridge-free surface.
What problem it solves
It reduces the chance of sharp objects snagging the glove surface, prevents tearing, and provides a snugger fit for improved safety and control.
Which industries it fits best
- Food processing and meat cutting
- Glass and ceramics
- Sharp tool handling and assembly
Technology details
Turn Gloves® employ reversed knitting to deliver a smooth, even surface and a closer fit, enhancing both safety and dexterity.

Zoning Gloves®
How this technology was created
Different tasks require different glove features—grip, flexibility, breathability—but conventional gloves cannot provide all in one. Glovetex created Zoning Gloves®, segmenting the glove into functional zones.
What problem it solves
It reduces the need to switch gloves between tasks and ensures convenience for continuous work.
Which industries it fits best
- Warehousing and logistics
- General assembly
- Multi-tasking industrial operations
Technology details
Zoning Gloves® integrate grip zones in the palm, flexibility zones at the knuckles, and breathable zones on the back of the hand, delivering multiple functions in a single glove.

2–3 Color Gloves®
How this technology was created
In large factories, errors often occur when workers pick the wrong glove size or mix gloves across zones, risking contamination or non-compliance. Glovetex developed 2–3 Color Gloves® to solve this through color coding.
What problem it solves
It enables quick visual identification, reduces errors, and supports safety and compliance standards.
Which industries it fits best
- Food and pharmaceuticals (GMP/HACCP)
- Chemical industries
- Warehouses with multiple zones or glove sizes
Technology details
2–3 Color Gloves® integrate colors directly into yarns or coatings, ensuring long-lasting visibility without fading or peeling.

Plaiting Gloves®
How this technology was created
Workers once had to choose between gloves that were tough but uncomfortable or soft but unsafe. Glovetex solved this with Plaiting Gloves®, engineered with dual yarn plaiting.
What problem it solves
It delivers both reliable cut protection from the outside and soft comfort on the inside, reducing the need to compromise.
Which industries it fits best
- Glass and metal industries
- Automotive manufacturing
- Sharp object handling requiring all-day wear
Technology details
Plaiting Gloves® use a plaited knitting technique: the outer layer employs strong cut-resistant fibers, while the inner layer uses soft, breathable yarns for superior comfort and safety in one glove.
