GVS Elipse Integra® P3 Respirator, a half-face mask with integrated goggles, protect against dust particles.

• The respirator features a sleek and lightweight design that allows for easy adjustment and snug fit to the face. It incorporates a unique and innovative blended protection system, reducing the risk of mismatching and particle accumulation.
• The large exhalation valve minimizes breathing resistance for the user and maintains minimal moisture buildup inside the mask, enhancing comfort.
• Its lightweight construction and adjustable straps, offering 4 positions, ensure increased comfort and safety during use, even in high humidity or wet conditions.
• It effectively protects against various dust and smoke particles, such as bacteria, silica, gypsum, aluminum oxide, soapstone, wood, textile fibers, spices, salt, animal feed, etc.
• Protects against dust that may cause lung diseases, especially protecting against hazards like silica, silicone, asbestos, graphite, chalk, white lead, aluminum dust, dangerous dust like mineral fibers, bauxite, silica, iron, and toxic dust such as magnesium, cobalt, and chromium.
• The P3 filter, with a replaceable bayonet design, ensures a minimum efficiency of 99.95% at 0.3 microns and a breathing resistance of 3 MBAR at a flow rate of 47.5 liters/minute for each filter.

Material:

• Medical Grade TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) compliant with ISO 10993-10:2010 standards for biocompatibility. The mask is made of rubber and silicone, odor-free. The valve is made of nylon, and the frame for inhaling/exhaling is made of silicone. It features adjustable rubber head straps and neck straps for a secure fit, with four adjustable points, along with a TPE shock-absorbing pad.
• HESPA multi-layered synthetic media filter with a mechanical mechanism, accompanied by flexible TPE wrapping.
• The mask has a shelf life of 5 years, while the filter has a shelf life of 3 years.
• Suitable for mining, iron smelting, foundries, machinery, chemicals, ceramics, waste management industries, heavy metals (cobalt, nickel, chromium), and rail industry.
• Certified under EN140:1998 for facepiece, EN143:2000+A1:2006 for filters (P3RD).
• EN166 CLASS 1.B.K.N. (anti-fog and anti-scratch). CE2797 certified.
• P3>99.95% efficiency for particles of 0.3 microns.
