Usage instructions:

Wash your hands thoroughly. Use your thumb and forefinger to squeeze the earplug foam to make it smaller.
With your other hand, pull up on the top of your ear to straighten the ear canal.
Insert the earplug foam into the ear canal and hold it in place for 20 seconds until the foam expands to fit the ear canal snugly.
