The GVS Elipse Integra® A1P3 Respirator is a half-face mask integrated with goggles designed to protect against organic vapors and dust particles GVS brand.

Description

• Each mask piece is pre-installed with gas filters or dual-cartridge filters to protect against gases, vapors, dust, and particles.
• Suitable for organic gases, dust, insecticide spraying, painting, automotive refinishing, construction, agriculture, and shipyard or repair work.
• Lenses designed with polycarbonate withstand impacts up to 120 meters per second, coated with (N) Anti Fog and exceed market standards (K) for scratch resistance, ensuring durability.
• Replaceable P3 filter cartridges with a minimum efficiency of 99.95% at 0.3 microns, breathing resistance of 3 mbar at a flow rate of 47.5 liters per minute for each filter.

• The respirator meets the standards EN140:1998 EN14387:2004+A1:2008 A1P3 R D (suitable for biological gases and dust) EN166 Class 1.B. K.N. (protects against fogging and scratch resistance) CE2797.

Performance:

• P3 >99.95% for particles 0.3 microns, A1 > cyclohexane 70 minutes.

Material:

• TPE medical grade compliant with ISO 10993-10:2010 for sensitization, rubber mask, and odorless silicone. Valve made of nylon, dyaphrame for breathing in/out in silicone.
• Adjustable head straps and neck straps made of elastic rubber, adjustable at 4 points, with TPE impact protection pads.

Filter:

• Gas filter: Carbon cartridge enclosed in ABS Shell.
• Particle filter: Multi-layer synthetic media HESPA with mechanical mechanism, encapsulated with TPE for flexibility overmolded. The particle filter is permanently integrated with the carbon component.
